Abstracts
The research focuses on the issue of the suitability of Judiciary to make interpretative decisions on constitutional provisions recognising social rights. We also propose to analyse the most recent Chilean case law guidelines around social rights and the (mainly, but not exclusively, Chilean) legal-political debate which the need for a constitutional change has been generating in the last few years.
This seminar is part of the POLS Political and Legal Philosophy (PLF) Seminar Series.
